Overdue Recall

Is there a report that will show patients that are overdue for their recall. We us the Recall List, but names disappear once postcards have been sent regardless of whether the patient has been scheduled or not. This may be a simple answer. At least I hope it is.

The reason that the patient disappears from the list is because when you send a post card you send them a reminder to call you. After a certain time that you have setup under Setup > Recall in the lower right for Initial Reminder and Second ( or more ) Reminders. Usually you will put 30-45 days so that if they have not contacted you to schedule their appointment in that time frame they will show back up on your Recall List for you to remind them again. This is suppose to keep you recall list from not continuously being cluttered with people that you have already called and are waiting for them to reply.
