Printing error

I compiled ver 6.4.22 using Visual C#2008.
Everything is working fine but I am unable to print anything including progress notes and treatment plans. Whenever I try to print, all I see is a print preview pane (FormRpPrintPreview). Statements also can not be directly printed but once it starts showing in the patient account I can get it to print with the print button.
I have tried using different printer setup options from the file menu but none is working.

It's because you're running it in debug configuration. The release configuration allows printing.
