FYI, The word 'Nonrestorable' consistently is not added to the dictionary when it's in a progress note like so:
Code: Select all
A: Nonrestorable tooth #18
P: Extract #18, local anesthesia. Informed consent signed
Oddly, it seems to be the capitalization and this one word. For instance
Code: Select all
A: nonrestorable
A: Non-restorable
A: non-restorable
work just fine.

OK, fixed, nvm.
The word 'Nonrestorable' had somehow been added to the dictionary multiple times.
Deleting the duplicate entries from table custdict solved the problem.
