Box 25B in Claim Form 1500

I am using claim form 1500 and in the box 25B, it is default 11 (in the office). I need to sometimes switch this to 21 (at the hospital). The field name is P1PlaceNumericCode. Any help would be appreciated.

In the procedure edit window for any procedure, you have the option of setting the place of service. To see it, you have to first turn on the public health features from the Easy Options setup window.

i've tried the suggestion that you gave, and i see that new option to select place of service but when I test it, 11 is the only ones that shows up. All the options output 11 in the Box 25b
