How to Connect Family Members

I am currently trying to use a series of API requests to add patients and connect them to appear in the same 'Family Members section.' What parameter or API allows you to create these links between patients? SuperFamilies is not what I need, I am rather trying to POST patients to appear in the same 'Family members' section in the Family dashboard

Good afternoon,

I believe you are referring to this section of the Family Module. Patients appear here when they share the same Guarantor (aka person responsible for the account or "head of family"). You can set this in the API using the Guarantor field in the Patients POST or Patients PUT endpoints.
