I can definitely relate—it’s not always easy to make brushing fun for little ones! What helped in my house was turning it into a game with music or letting them pick out their own toothbrushes with their favorite characters. Some parents also swear by using a reward chart or a brushing app that times them while making it interactive. Flossing can be tricky, but using flavored flossers made it feel less like a chore for my kids. Sometimes a little creativity goes a long way in helping them build habits that stick!

I’ve dealt with the same challenge, and what worked for us was making brushing a family routine and adding some fun to it. Letting the kids pick their own toothbrush and using a little praise kept them more motivated. It’s amazing how small changes can turn brushing into a positive habit instead of a struggle.
