Setting Appt complete Errors
We have had this happen a number of times over the last few months. Appointment is broken. Later we find the appointment completed, charges completed, and a statement sent to the patient by mistake. Looking at the audit trail I find that the appt was indeed broken, sent to unscheduled and then later on (I think when the staff was working the list) the appointment completed. I know this is probably just operator error, but we need to disable being able to complete an appointment if it is broken or unscheduled.

great...thanks...that will save us some headache when my staff can't accidental do that anymore!
