Mouse Click Issue -Multiple planned appointment entries

I've been wondering why my front desk will occasionally enter multiple recall procedures - for example:When I open "Edit Appointment" from the chart, there will be three D1110's and three D0120's (but only one highlighted). It just ahppened to me and it's a mouse issue. When you double click and hold the left button too long, it will generate multiple procedures (in the Edit appointment window).

And if (like my front desk), you don't look at what you have entered, it stays on the list until the "IT guru/tooth guru" says, WTF?

yep so wtf (whats the fix) and what is this new feature "Grouped Procedure Notes"
