How to change the default appoint time?

Currently the default appt is 15min (without any procedures attached) in 15 min interval and 20min in 10min interval.
Is there any way to change the default appt time to 30 mins?

That's a feature request. In our feature request system, look for the keyword "pattern" as well as the other obvious ones.
