GUI by percentages instead of pixels

Hi Jordan,

So Santa got me new 1920x1080 monitors and now OD's GUI only takes up ~55% of the screen. It used to be perfect back when nicer screens were 1024x768. So it's sort of like HTML, either by pixels or percentages. It would look much better going with percentages now that higher resolutions and touch screens are more common. Just an idea thrown out there for you

P.S. if I recall correctly, the buttons are actually images, right? or at least used to be. Might make it more difficult then switching to percentages
