Recall email - bug ?

We just started using recall emails (fairly new to OD) and when we sent a few test emails from the recall list, the message went without Subject line and with no text in the message body. We had set up the emails in the Recall Setup window.. Am I missing something ?

there are 9 rows involved in email setup. You must have left some of them blank.
