Audit trail
Is there a way for the admin to delete old entries in the audit trail ? thanks !

NO WAY. Otherwise your records wouldn't stand up in court.

We might eventually build a delete tool for very old entries. Don't forget that periodic backups can also be used to show that records haven't changed.

If you did that you would at least have to have an entry in the audit log that a particular entry was deleted. Otherwise you can't prove that you DIDN'T DELETE something.
If you ever consider adding that option, please speak to a medical malpractice attorney first to see what they have to say about it.
