Should you be archiving emails?

For complex topics that regular users would not be interested in. For power users and database administrators.

Should you be archiving emails?

Hate to be the alarmist in the group, but this blog post (below) made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up!

I forwarded all emails to gmail, almost 8GB of space. As google advertises, I've never had to delete anything from lack of space. Email by its nature is insecure, so I have no qualms about using gmail for office communications.
