I am in the market for a new desk top, which OS am I supposed to get with Open Dental?

I have some computers that are 32 bit and others that are 64 bit. they both work fine.

Definitely 64 bit unless you have sensors that won't work with it.

Will my scanner and printer work with 64 bit? I do not have digital xray scanners

Yes. In the unlikely case that they don't, it's cheap to get a new printer/scanner.

Well, I don't know about how "cheap" the scanner would be, it is an Epson Perfection 750 Pro and is about $900
