When and how does the Dashboard update itself?
It seems that when I make changes to previous transactions nothing changes.
For example. If I did work on a charity pt last month and go back and change the fees to zero or add a negative adjustment dated last month, shouldn't the Dashboard show a lower Accounts Receivable than before the adjustment was made?

Re: Dashboard
I would have to research to be sure, but I think the A/R was so time consuming to calculate that we store the results from previous months and only recalculate the current month. Seems like there was a way to let you recalculate all the history, but it didn't quite make it into the final release.

Re: Dashboard
Is there a way to delete the Dashboard data and have it recalculate from scratch? I have made so many corrections for 2011 that it isn't remotely close to an accurate representation.

Re: Dashboard
We should start by getting that into the feature request system.

Re: Dashboard
OK, another question about the Dashboard.
Could you explain the x-axis.
The month numbers fall on lines. Are those the first day of the month, the last day of the month, or the middle of the month.
I assumed they were the last day of the month, but then what is the dark line half way between 12 & 1? If it is the end of the year (beginning of the new year) shouldn't it be on the 12 line?

Re: Dashboard
They are for the entire month, not the first, last, or middle of the month. You can't think of it like a timeline, because it's not broken down with any more granularity than a month. The new year falls between the months of December and January, so it doesn't belong on either month. If it helps you to think of it as the middle of the month, then that's an acceptable answer as well.
