Organising A list of patients that need to be called?

Have about 200 patients, and we need to go through everyone to contact for tx (started without od, and have a few patients that have slipped through the cracks)

There are only a dozen patients on our unscheduled list

How do i go about creating a db so i can contact everyone, and then say whether I

i) contacted, appt made, no further contact needed
ii) couldnt contact, try again in another week or so
iii) contacted, does not want tx now
iv) contacted, wants us to call them in six months or so

and then, how am i best to put them somewhere so we remember to call them then?

Hi Aussie,

I'm not (yet) a user of OpenDental, but I would imagine you could build a query to accomplish what you're wanting to do. Check out the list of 600+ example queries at the link below. Example #78 might be close to what you're wanting:
