Table tempfambal breaks circular replication Version 5.3.17

Table tempfambal still breaks circular replication in version 5.3.17. Will it need random key if not clear out after use ?

It's supposed to be cleared out after use. We'll get a fix out immediately. I thought we fixed it a few weeks ago, but it still seems to be there.

Fixed for 5.3.19. If you plan to upgrade to 5.4, be sure to wait until 5.4.12 is released, which has the same fix.
