How to change "Waiting Room" status
Scenario: A patient arrives, a staff member highlights that patient's status as having arrived. That patient's name now appears in the "Waiting Room", with the "Waited" timer timing. But, oops, the staff member misidentified the patient, and therfore has erroneously enteedr the wrong patient as having arrived. How does one now get the misidentified patient out of the "Waiting Room"? Thanks!

My apo;ogies for the triple post. I can't see how to correct this, not do I know how I managed to do it. Perhaps when the page in Explorer had expired and I had to refresh? Oh well.

Easy to fix.
