We're on 5.6.23. The new statement layout is a hit with most patients (and office).
I don't see this listed anywhere as a concern or bug, but can this change be incorporated into the statement printout:
For patients’ next scheduled appointment date and time at the bottom of the page, the appointment description uses the procedure code ABBREVIATION instead of the LAYMAN's Term text. Would look nicer if patients don't see the gibberish we use to code our stuff.
Thanks!

That information is harder to obtain. The gibberish is already part of the appointment table, so it's incredibly simple to grab. To get the layman's terms for each procedure, and process them for viewing with tooth numbers, commas, etc would be rather time consuming. That's why we haven't done it already.

Well that's too bad. What about pulling something simpler like cleaning, filling, crown, extraction, etc (or ada category) without the details of tooth numbers and other procedure details. Or the option to eliminate it completely? Hopefully some doable option will come up in the future.
thanks!
