Can quick buttons be edited?

Can quick buttons be edited?

We frequently perform a mesial or distal composite only. Is there a way to add quick buttons to the list. Also I sometimes Have a DL, or MB composite or DOL MOB and those aren't on the quick buttons either. Thanks.
