Ok, in the recall setup, what does the //XX mean?

X is time the dentist spends on a patient. / is time an assistant spends on a patient. Each is worth 10 minutes. So XXX is 30 minutes of the dr's time.

I assume it can also be setup as X=15min. How about time for a hygienist?

Setup | Appointment Views you can choose if you want 15 or 10 minutes for each unit.
