Referrals Slip email/print problems

i am running 6.4.8 and when I go to print or email a referral slip I am getting an unhanded exception. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, on a local printer. I just tried it again on another pt and it worked fine. Then I went back to reprint the one I had problems with yesterday and it still has the same error.

OK, after some trouble shooting I figured it out. It has a problem only when you open it from the progress notes and then try to print.

I didn't know if you saw this Jordan, It is a bug as far as I can tell, In my last post I said I figured it out, only that I nailed down when it happens. If does not print if you open the slip from the chart grid.
