Recall list emails

version 6.4.12
Is there a way to manually change/rig the reminder # for a patient? Patient was sent 1st reminder with message 1. Then let's say something was wrong with the patient info and we need to resend the 1st reminder with message 1 instead of sending 2nd reminder with message 2.
Does deleting the commlog entry change the way the count is calculated?

Yes, delete the commlog entry. That's how it calculates the number of previous reminders.
