Scroll bar is not working in search screen.

I just realize that the veriticle scroll bar is not working ( horizontal scroll bar is functioning fine..). Even though there are more patients, it only views the page 1 of the same last name when I try to search. Am I the only one?

That's the expected behavior for speed of refresh as you type. If you need to see more patients at once, use the Get All button at the lower right. But usually, you would just type a few more letters into the search box to get a shorter result list.
