apptointment screen freezing

Hi All, I just moved my office and added a few new things to the system. Now several times a day the apptment screen freezes.
We were going fine for a long time. The changes are . two new hard wired work stations, two wireless toshiba laptops and
all work stations now with wireless keyboard and mouse (except the laptops only mouse). We tried putting back the wired keyboard and mouse but no change. Anyone???? please e mail satchdds@aol.com with any ideas Thanks

Does it freeze just on one computer or on multiple computers? Your idea to switch to wired keyboard and mouse was perfect. That's exactly where I would have started. My basic strategy for network problems is to swap components. For example, swap you router or switch out for a new one. If you suspect a particular cat-5 wire, swap it temporarily for a patch cable. Also, I suspect antivirus or firewall issues. Look for software that might be slowing things down. Is your wiring too close to a source of interference, like electrical wiring?
