Update to 6.5.24

After updating I run database maintenance and get the following:
Number of old/received etrans entries cleared: 1227
If database maintenance is ran again it says the same thing each time, so I guess its not really correcting the issue.

Also thought I would mention every time I update I get an extra OpenDental Icon on the desktop. I usually just delete one and move on but didnt know if future versions can just leave the one icon and not add an additional one.

The db maint issue is harmless. I think it's mostly a display issue, but I've put it on the bugs list.

As for the icon, I think you're deleting the wrong one, which is why it keeps coming back. Delete them both, and then just one will come back. It happened when we switched installers, and there's nothing we can really do about it.
