I get this very long error message when I schedule appointments or make appointment changes. This happened after I backup mysql and recopied it. How do I fix this. The actual box pops up and reads: Error: #23000Duplicate entry '45625' for key1, INSERT INTO signal (fromuser,ITtypes,Dataviewing,Sigtype,Sigtext,Gridcol,Gridrow,Pushedstate,Sigdatetime) Values
Thank you,
Dan

I think it's this:
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/mysqlse ... ables.html
The problem is only on your secondary server (home computer), not your main server, right?

Jordan,
It's on office server. It never happened before. I had to recopy the mysql data and it started popping up. I read your link. Can I use a old version of the opendental installer? My server is running Server 2008. Do I also check the other two boxes below the my.ini box?
Thanks,
Dan

I don't understand why you would "recopy" a database. That sounds like a very dangerous thing to do. Try running the database maintenance tool from within OD. Other than that, it sounds like you should call us before you totally screw up your database. No, no other boxes except the my.ini. But the other paths must be correct. If you haven't done this before, it might be best to let us do it.
