If you get phone calls after hours from patients about Rx's or appointments. I prefer to use remote access software to connect to my office computer instead of carrying a mobile copy.

Correct. I have been using Dmailer Sync, a shareware that provides a means to synchronize your email files and favorites to any mobile storage device, Dmailer Sync does not require installation. Synchronize emails from outlook, outlook express and windows mail. Synchronize favourites from Firefox and Internet explorer. Then when you are away from the office you can use Dmailer Sync to access all your and work on your data even send and receive emails from the built in email client.
