Hello,
I saw on the internet this excellent open source program for dental offices called Open Dental. I wonder if there is a way to port it to Linux since that would be a great strategy to attract small business owners to the open source world. If so what do I need to learn to do it.
Thank you.

Has anyone tried to use OD on linux with Wine (http://www.winehq.org/)
Re: Novice handling Open Dental
i did...no luck...but I didn't mess with it too long.
you can do it running windows in a virtual box, but that kinda defeats the whole purpose beside giving you a stable base platform for you workstation...requires more memory though...
